On behalf of the moms and babies who received assistance in 2022 and previous years, L.A.A.M. is very thankful to God and our donors, including United Way, Solano Community Foundation, California Relief Grant Program, St. Catherine’s Parish, St. Basil’s Parish, St. Dominic’s Parish, Knights of Columbus, Catholic Daughters and many individuals for their generous donations.
Monetary Donations:
Our greatest need is in financial support so that L.A.A.M. can continue to serve those in need in our community.

Our moms and their children really need your help with new and gently used items. Listed below are various items that we can accept:
Infant Layettes
New moms are especially thrilled to have what they need when they deliver their precious new baby. We try to give them mostly new items; however, we also appreciate your ‘like new’ items. • Blankets & Sheets • Sleepers & Onesies • Towels & Wash Cloths • Bath Tubs & Bath Seats • Booties & Socks • Hats & Mittens • Sweaters & Jackets • Bibs & Burp Cloths • Bottles, Nipples & Brushes • Diaper Bags & Totes • Breast Feeding Supplies • Bottle Cleaning Supplies • Baby Wash, Shampoo, Lotion, Oil • Rattles & Teethers • Baby Toys and Stuffed AnimalsDiapers & Wipes:
All diapers sizes from Preemie to Size 7 are needed. Children grow out of preemie size fast and babies are much larger these days, so we mostly need size 3 – 7.

Food & Formula:
All kinds of baby foods and formulas are needed. We cannot accept items that have expired.

Clothing:
Clothing for moms and their babies and children is always needed. We appreciate gently used & clean maternity clothes, baby and children clothes.

Our kids are always happy to receive books to read that are new or like new and playthings that are new or clean and gently used.

Furnishings:
We have limited space, so we are not able to store Baby Beds, Cribs, Strollers, and High Chairs. Please call if you have furnishings to donate and we will try to match your donation to a mother with an immediate need. We never accept used car seats due to federal safety regulations.
Drop-off Location:
LAAM is located on the corner of Tennessee and Broadway Streets in Downtown Vallejo. Our office is located inside the Saqueton Building. The front door is always locked, so please plan to enter from the back of the building. You will enter via the back door at street level. Please press the button #3 for “L.A.A.M.” and someone will come and open the back door.
